Guide has been greatly responsible for my weight loss. Following are the daily
details of days 30 - 84 at which point I stopped keeping track. If you want to

My personal results - age 39, starting weight 177 pounds
DAY 30 - ate a croissant with butter for breakfast,
skipped lunch, and had Carrabbas high fat Polla Rosa Maria chicken dish. My biggest
single calorie day thus far. It felt fine though. I didn't eat as much bread as
I did before though because I got full pretty fast. Weight

- Ate toast for breakfast, with grapefruit and grits occasionally. Took multi
vitamins every day. Exercised every other day, one day weight training and off
day rode exercise bike for 40 minutes. I no longer eat lunch except I eat some
peanuts or granola if I feel like crunching. Ate big normal meals at night with
wife and my weight loss is slow but steady and sustainable without being hard.

daily calories 1,550 DAY 60 to DAY 72
- Same as above but started to get more hungry than I used too. Probably due to
the "big unrestricted" dinners. But my bad habits of eating just because
it was time to eat are gone. Now I eat ONLY when I WANT to eat. I decided to up
my dosage back to 3000 mg daily and try and be a little more restrictive of the
fatter foods I have been eating late at night. Had another episode where I drank
big and ate hoodia at the same time and I strongly advise you to NOT do this.

Same as above, I started eating 4 smaller meals instead of 1 medium lunch and
one large dinner. Seemed to work just as well even though it seemed like I got
to eat more. Never really overly hungry, certainly no hunger "pains",
so overall this is still doable. This was the most impressive part of the diet,
losing 6 pounds in 10 days, especially this late in my diet. Note the higher dosages
of Hoodia I felt I needed to continue this level of success. Weight

- well this is the end of my keeping record of the diet. 84 days and down from
177 to 145. I know many of you think this is not much, but it is for me. I am
not grossly overweight which makes it much more difficult to lose weight. This
has most certainly been the best weight loss ever. Beats Atkins and Hilton Head
Metabolism diets easily. Why? Because it was substantially easier. I wouldn't
say it was any faster but it was so much easier, doable, something I really could
accomplish day after day, week after week. The hoodia works. Period. Note the
highest yet dosages of Hoodia taken towards the end here to make sure I finished.
