this diary is getting harder than dieting. No breakfast, ate HUGE Chinese buffet
for lunch. Ate way too much. Had to go back to work and felt sick. Exercised when

Wife says eat more calories. Then I realized I hadn't been drinking enough water.

on to the end of the diet. Reducing dosage and will begin to eat bigger meals
for my health's sake because I am starting weight training and I need the protein.

- Ate toast for breakfast, with grapefruit and grits occasionally. Took multi
vitamins every day. Exercised every other day, one day weight training and off
day rode exercise bike for 30 minutes. I no longer eat lunch but twice during
this time period I ate a handful of peanuts or granola if I felt like crunching.
Ate big normal meals at night with my wife and my weight loss slowed but I feel
fantastic. This is how I want to live the rest of my life. I am only losing a
pound about every 4 days now but it is steady and sustainable without too much
