Hoodia Powder + Weight Loss Diary

My personal results - age 39, starting weight 177 pounds

DAY 1 - ate a donut for breakfast, felt strange at lunch time not eating when everyone else was going to lunch. So, I sat there bored and ate a handful of granola, the chewing of the crunchy stuff helped ease my "habit" of eating and I soon realized I wasn't really hungry. Didn't get hungry at dinner so I didn't eat.

DAY 2 - no breakfast, felt strange again at lunch time not eating when everyone else was so I went for a short walk, drank water on the way. Didn't get hungry at lunch so I didn't eat. Dinner = small Outback steak, broccoli, chocolate martini, 2 glasses of water, helps keep the hoodia powder cranking

DAY 3 - no breakfast, felt strange again at lunch time so I toasted a bagel and ate it, drank 2 glasses of water. Didn't get hungry at dinner so I didn't eat. Wife said I need to eat more cause I was grumpy.

DAY 4 - skipped breakfast, drank orange juice and realized I screwed up because I got real irritated and hungry within 2 hours (carb dosage). I ate peanuts at lunch. Started making excuses in my head and saying I should eat even though I wasn't really hungry. Went to party and pigged out. Forgot my hoodia that night.

DAY 5 - skipped breakfast, and having worst day yet. Seem a little "off" but can't put my finger on it. Not really hungry but feeling run down. Ate burger and fries for lunch, dinner was chicken soup and a little rice and wine. The hoodia power pills are working good.

DAY 6 - breakfast ate bowl of cereal. Not hungry but feeling like I should eat. I MUST get past this mental game. It's really easy cause I'm not hungry. I'm losing weight but I keep being hard headed. I did start weight lifting for about an hour today. I will up my dosage for a few days and see what happens. Ate salad for lunch, dinner was more chicken soup and wine. Drank more water too.

DAY 7 - Rode an exercise bike for about an hour today. Feeling better until I drank a stiff drink and took 750 mg of hoodia at the same time on an empty stomach. WOW, dizzy and buzzed like crazy. Had to lay down. Didn't eat breakfast or lunch. Slept through dinner. DON'T drink and take Hoodia at the same time. Ate a home made salad and peanut butter and jelly sandwich at 10:30 that night.

DAY 8 - Ate toast for breakfast, ate hamburger for lunch. Didn't get hungry at dinner but I was feeling rebellious and ate pizza with my wife anyway. It was funny because usually I can eat 2 personal pan pizzas but tonight only half of one and some bread sticks. Hoodia makes me feel full fast. Planned on reducing my dosage a little since I felt like I was doing pretty good.

DAY 9 - Ate toast for breakfast, not hungry for lunch. Reduced my dosage a little since I felt like I was doing pretty good. Exercised when I got hungry that evening at 6 PM. Got back home and was hungry anyway. Showered and then sat and ate popcorn while watching TV. Then ate a sandwich and peanuts.

DAY 10 - Keeping this diary is getting harder than dieting. No breakfast, ate HUGE Chinese buffet for lunch. Ate way too much. Had to go back to work and felt sick. Exercised when I got home that evening at 5 PM. Felt bad still. I don't know what is going on. Wife says eat more calories. Then I realized I hadn't been drinking enough water. Drank 2 glasses. Felt better in an hour. Ate cabbage soup.

DAY 11 - skipped breakfast, and having best day yet. Seem a little "high" from looking at my results. Not really hungry but feeling that I should start eating more for my health.

DAY 12 - Ate toast for breakfast, and started taking vitamins. Exercise every day from here on to the end of the diet. Reducing dosage and will begin to eat bigger meals for my health's sake because I am starting weight training and I need the protein.

DAY 13 to DAY 29 - Ate toast for breakfast, with grapefruit and grits occasionally. Took multi vitamins every day. Exercised every other day, one day weight training and off day rode exercise bike for 30 minutes. I no longer eat lunch but twice during this time period I ate a handful of peanuts or granola if I felt like crunching. Ate big normal meals at night with my wife and my weight loss slowed but I feel fantastic. This is how I want to live the rest of my life. I am only losing a pound about every 4 days now but it is steady and sustainable without too much effort.
